Promotes a ‘digital culture’ within the Bible Society’s leadership and management, while also facilitating the creation of a comprehensive digital strategy plan. This plan will encompass the implementation of relevant digital initiatives, the development of a digital ready workforce, and the adequate resourcing of its digital initiatives.
The program consists of 3 to 4 custom meetings covering research, assessment, and planning in 5 steps:
- Research the state and trends of Digital and the impact on a Bible Society
- Research audience demographics by generation and religious trends in
- Assess current Bible Society digital presence and audience engagement
- Identify areas that need change and define short- and long-term goals
- Create a Digital Strategy Plan to achieve the Bible Society digital goals
